Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of web development services provided by Ivans Solovjovs (self-employed). By engaging these services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Services include web development, web design, consulting, and related digital solutions. The scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Payment Terms

• Prices are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
• A deposit may be required before project commencement.
• Final payment is due upon project delivery.
• All payments are made in EUR.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work transfer to the client. Before full payment, all rights remain with the developer.

Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
